David is a litigator at Krevolin & Horst.  David has been selected on multiple occasions by Atlanta Magazine and Georgia Super Lawyers Magazine® as a Rising Star as one of the top defense litigators in Georgia.  David handles a wide variety of business litigation in the areas of accountant liability, business torts, contract, copyright and trademark protection, corporate governance, and trade secrets.

David graduated from the University of Michigan Magna Cum Laude in 1998 with a double honors B.A. in History and American Studies.  David is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi and Golden Key honor societies. David then earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin.

While in law school, David served as the Chief Solicitations and Publications Editor for the Texas Review of Entertainment & Sports Law.
