Troy is an associate at Krevolin & Horst. He handles a wide variety of business litigation in the areas of accountant liability, business torts, appeals, contract, copyright and trademark protection, corporate governance, and trade secrets.
Troy earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, in History and Political Science from Birmingham-Southern College.
After graduating from law school, Troy clerked for the Honorable Julie E. Carnes of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Prior to joining Krevolin & Horst, Troy practiced with the Intellectual Property Group at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan, where he focused on patent and trademark litigation. Troy also gained significant appellate experience, litigating cases before both the Federal Circuit and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
