For over 10 years, Ms. Nelson has represented or advised multiple clients in all facets of environmental law.  Kerry has an extensive background in environmental litigation representing plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving citizen suit claims brought under the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and related common law claims and constitutional claims as well as water rights, permitting, regulatory matters, waste disposal and zoning disputes.

Before joining Krevolin & Horst, Kerry worked for the well-known firms of Balch & Bingham, Epstein Becker, McKenna Long Aldridge as well as Georgia Center for Law in the Public Interest after graduating from law school.
