Michael Karamat represented Anil Damani and Lucky Bucks, LLC, an owner/operator of coin operated amusement machines, in selling a 51% stake in the company to Quantum International Income Corp (QIC). The total purchase price for the Acquisition was $13,500,000. Damani will stay on as Lucky Bucks CEO with expectations to become market leaders with QIC’s backing.
