Covenants Not to Compete

Attorneys

Our lawyers have extensive experience negotiating, drafting, and litigating restrictive covenants including non-compete, non-solicit, and confidentiality/non-disclosure covenants, as well as other trade secret and unfair competition related disputes.  We represent and advise companies and individuals in all types of issues involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and other competition related litigation.  K&H’s lawyers have significant experience both enforcing and challenging these types of agreements in court, often through temporary, interlocutory, and permanent injunctions.  Our lawyers also assist clients who are looking to start a new venture or to hire employees that are subject to restrictive covenants, and analyze and advise clients on the risks of doing so.

K&H attorneys also have extensive experience advising and drafting including agreements containing non-competition, non-solicitation, anti-piracy, confidentiality, and trade secrets provisions.  Our lawyers also advise clients on the creation of Georgia-specific restrictive covenants.
