We assist our clients to negotiate, document, and implement transactions involving the development, acquisition, licensing, and sale of software and technology.  We have designed and implemented software distribution programs with standard agreements for the licensing of software, distributors, and resellers.  We have developed and implemented outsourcing arrangements for our clients involving software development, training, service, and call centers, and data processing facilities.  We are experienced negotiators in intellectual property licensing transactions.  We seek creative solutions to legal issues which accelerate the business process while protecting the interests of our clients.
