Rainmaker, headquartered in Alpharetta, GA, is a premier provider of profit optimization and revenue intelligence solutions to the multifamily, hospitality and gaming industries. Rainmaker sold its Rainmaker LRO multifamily housing business and product portfolio to RealPage, Inc., a publicly traded provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry based in Richardson, Texas.
Rainmaker has been a client since the software company’s inception in 1998, and we have provided legal support to Rainmaker with respect to corporate, litigation and employment matters for the life of the company.
