Attorney Jess Cino provides insight and commentary into one of her cases in the first episode of a six part titled “It Couldn’t Happen Here” which dives into murders in small places. The series focuses on victims of crimes and how their stories have echoed throughout their communities including the effects on local law enforcement agencies generally not equipped to handle these crimes.
