Jocelyn is an associate in the corporate practice of Krevolin & Horst. Jocelyn devotes her practice to representing growth companies seeking venture capital investment, venture capital and private equity funds, buyers and sellers of businesses, and licensors and licensees of technology and software.
Jocelyn began practicing law in 2012 after careers as both a finance professional and a concert pianist. Her corporate practice reflects the unique and diverse experiences of her life, which enable her to offer a blend of legal experience and business strategy to provide the most creative and comprehensive solutions for her clients.
Jocelyn graduated with a master’s degree in finance from Trinity College Dublin and a bachelor’s degree in music performance from the University of Florida. A true Gator at heart, she subsequently returned to earn a law degree at the University of Florida, where she served as a Research Editor of the Florida Law Review. After graduating from law school, Jocelyn worked at a full-service business law firm located in Jacksonville, Florida in both the litigation and corporate departments and then went on to serve as a Staff Attorney at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
When she is not serving clients or developing her practice, Jocelyn serves on the board of the Taiwanese American Professionals Atlanta, and can often be found exploring the food scene on Buford Highway.
