Megan is a native Georgian who focuses her legal interests on corporate and transactional work, including real estate ventures. She prides herself on fostering legal relationships with businesses to help them grow.
Prior to joining Krevolin & Horst, Megan was a judicial law clerk in Washington, D.C. for the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. During her clerkship, Megan drafted opinions and orders while managing multiple case dockets. Before that, she also spent time as an extern working with the counsel at Coca-Cola and the American Cancer Society.
While attending law school at the University of Georgia, Megan was a practitioner at the Business Law Clinic and on the managing board of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society.
Megan is pragmatic and business-minded lawyer who is eager to help businesses flourish, whether that is through entity formation, day-to-day business matters, or whatever else.
