Michael handles a wide variety of business and complex litigation in the areas of business torts, appeals, contract, intellectual property (including copyright and trademark protection), corporate governance, restrictive covenants (including non-compete, non-solicit, and non-disclosure agreements), securities, and trade secrets. He regularly represents photographers in protecting their intellectual property rights regarding unauthorized usage, particularly online.

Michael earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science from The College of New Jersey with minors in International Studies and History.
After graduating from law school, Michael worked for two years with Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in both the litigation and corporate departments, volunteered in Montpellier, France in a children’s hospital assisting in recreational and educational activities, then went on to clerk for the Honorable William S. Duffey, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
