Suzanne Williams is a highly accomplished complex commercial litigation and intellectual property attorney who practices in state and federal court and before the International Trade Commission. Suzanne works closely with clients to resolve business disputes of all types including contractual claims, professional liability allegations, and false advertising claims.
Intimately familiar with the details of non-disclosure agreements and other privacy agreements, Suzanne helps clients manage crisis management situations skillfully while protecting their information, reputation, and privacy.

Drawing on her business acumen and Masters in Business Administration, Suzanne strategically counsels clients before entering into agreements to make certain their business objectives are being met. She appreciates the ever-evolving overlap between business needs and legal strategy and enjoys working with clients to anticipate and limit risk.
Suzanne is also highly skilled at managing large litigation data collection and pre-trial discovery. She recently trained, supervised, and led a team of over 30 attorneys from multiple law firms in the review of over two terabytes of data and 11 million pages of documents in a Georgia voting rights case. In addition, Suzanne guided over 100 voter witnesses in the case through the multi-year litigation process from inception to completion.
