Guinevere is a commercial real estate lawyer valued by clients for her deep experience, strong advocacy and technical skill.  She has counseled Fortune 500, Fortune 1000 and private companies across the gamut of real estate matters, including purchase and sale, leasing, finance and development, representing clients in the manufacturing, distribution, health care, finance, retail, technology and educational sectors.

Guinevere is a go-to attorney for multistate and other complex real estate transactions, including the negotiation of leases for corporate headquarters and other key office leasing transactions.  Prior to joining Krevolin & Horst, she served as in-house real estate counsel for two publicly traded companies and practiced at two AmLaw 100 law firms.

Before specializing in real estate law, Guinevere served as a judicial clerk to a federal trial court judge and practiced as a corporate finance attorney, representing clients in complex domestic and international transactional matters.
