David has significant expertise in arbitration, both international and domestic. David enjoys working with clients on thorny procedural issues in arbitration, including issues relating to jurisdiction, arbitration agreement/award enforcement, and non-parties. David is an arbitrator and mediator at Miles Mediation & Arbitration, the Programming Chair of the Atlanta International Arbitration Society, and a regular contributor to the K&H Arbitration Blog.
Prior to joining Krevolin & Horst, David was an associate with two international law firms in New York City. David also served as a law clerk to Judge Richard W. Goldberg of the U.S. Court of International Trade. During David’s clerkship, Judge Goldberg sat by designation in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Eighth, and Eleventh Circuits, and in multiple federal district courts. David was an adjunct professor at Fordham Law School for four years and will begin teaching as an adjunct professor at Emory Law School in Fall 2023.
David lives in Druid Hills with his wife and two daughters.
