M&A Strategy and Consulting
We provide M&A strategy and consulting for in-house legal departments who do not have their own in-house M&A counsel. Our services provide the necessary support to in-house legal counsel who may not have the desire or budget to hire an outside M&A team, but would gain an advantage from a second set of eyes on the main transaction documents or consultation on specific technical legal provisions. Our team provides this professional edge by providing guidance where it has the greatest impact.
