Crissy Wolfe represented Sommet Data, Inc., on the $55 million sale of health information management services company Peak Provider Solutions, Inc. Despite the financial and regulatory complexity, including a significant government contracts component, our team guided the transaction from the first draft of the purchase agreement to the closing in less than three weeks.


Sale of Mobile Design And Development Company

Crissy Wolfe represented ArcTouch Incorporated, a San Francisco-based mobile design and development company, in the sale of substantially all of its assets to media company Grey Group Global.


Represented Real Estate Financial Services Provider

Crissy Wolfe represented Atlanta-based Trimont Real Estate Advisors, Inc., a provider of real estate financial services, including asset management, asset servicing, construction loan administration and services and underwriting and its shareholders in the sale of the Company to Värde Partners, a global alternative investment firm.


$5 Million Retail Center Acquisition
