Doug Krevolin represented a developer of a new office building connected by skytrain to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The representation included acquisition of the land, negotiations with local governmental authorities, negotiating and closing with a joint venture partner, closing a construction loan and lease negotiations with tenants.

Formation of International Trade Association

Crissy Wolfe helped form and grow an international trade association with offices in the US and Belgium, working closely with its primary founding members in drafting documents and policies and obtaining tax-exempt status in the US.

Buyout of Equity Interests

Crissy Wolfe represented Delta Air Lines in the buyout of equity interests in a company operating Terminal 4 at John F. Kennedy International Airport. The terminal is the only privately owned terminal at JFK, and one of the few in the US.

$200M Sale of Publicly Traded Company

Crissy Wolfe assisted MES Group, Inc, in its sale to ExamWorks, Inc., a publicly traded company, for $200 million, including asset tailoring prior to the transaction.

$15M Acquisition of Solar Technology Company

Crissy Wolfe represented SunPower Corporation in its $15 million acquisition of Solaire Generation, Inc. As part of the deal, SunPower Corporation acquired patented technology for the engineering and design of solar panel

$25M Merger of API Manufacturers

Crissy Wolfe represented biotechnology company Pharmacore, Inc., in its $25 million merger with Cambrex Corporation, through which Pharmacore became a wholly owned subsidiary of Cambrex.

$55M Sale of Health Information Management Services Company

Crissy Wolfe represented Sommet Data, Inc., on the $55 million sale of health information management services company Peak Provider Solutions, Inc. Despite the financial and regulatory complexity, including a significant government contracts component, our team guided the transaction from the first draft of the purchase agreement to the closing in less than three weeks.

Sale of Mobile Design And Development Company

Crissy Wolfe represented ArcTouch Incorporated, a San Francisco-based mobile design and development company, in the sale of substantially all of its assets to media company Grey Group Global.

Represented Real Estate Financial Services Provider

Crissy Wolfe represented Atlanta-based Trimont Real Estate Advisors, Inc., a provider of real estate financial services, including asset management, asset servicing, construction loan administration and services and underwriting and its shareholders in the sale of the Company to Värde Partners, a global alternative investment firm.

$5 Million Retail Center Acquisition

Wes Turner represented the buyer in the acquisition of a $5.0 million dollar retail center in Charlotte, North Carolina and negotiated acquisition financing with a national bank.
