Won $4+ million judgment as second-chair in a multi-month arbitration representing a co-owner of a successful multi-million dollar software company in a suit involving claims of fraud and breaches of fiduciary duty against another owner.  The judgment also restored the owner’s improperly diluted ownership interest and position in the company.

Negotiated Buy-Out of Founder
