Krevolin & Horst Expands Corporate Practice With Three New Attorneys

Krevolin & Horst is pleased to welcome three new attorneys to its corporate practice – associates Uttara Kale and Wesley C. Turner, and William H. Ferguson, as Of Counsel.

Uttara Kale has significant experience advising public and private corporations, as well as private equity and venture capital firms and their portfolio companies in a variety of industries including technology, healthcare and manufacturing. Uttara earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, Uttara has a Masters degree in European business law as well as an undergraduate degree in journalism and mass communications. Uttara joins Krevolin & Horst from DLA Piper where she worked as a corporate associate.

Wesley C. Turner focuses his practice on both commercial real estate and corporate law. Wes’ experience includes representing developers, lending institutions, and corporations. Wes has also served as assistant local counsel to over 10 local governing authorities across the state of Georgia.  Wes graduated magna cum laude from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University and previously worked with Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP in metro Atlanta.

William H. Ferguson has over 40 years of experience in both commercial real estate and corporate legal transactions. Bill attended Vanderbilt University to earn his undergraduate degree. Bill then served as an officer in the United States Navy for three years before earning his J.D. from the University of Florida. Prior to joining Krevolin & Horst, Bill was Of Counsel at Spell Pless Sauro, PC.
