About
We have extraordinarily talented lawyers, all of whom were very successful academically. We have grads from many of the top law schools including Yale, Columbia, Penn, Stanford, Virginia, Michigan, Georgetown, Emory, Georgia, and Florida. Almost all of our lawyers previously worked at large national or international law firms.
Krevolin & Horst prides itself on its exceptionally strong credentials and experience both for litigation and transactional work. Of our 15 litigators, 8 are women, and 11 clerked for federal judges (4 for Court of Appeals judges and 7 for District Court judges). We are agile and creative and work hard to win for our clients.
The practice has grown from its initial focus on corporate, commercial real estate, and business litigation to include technology, employment, intellectual property, whistleblower claims, white collar criminal defense, non-profit and education matters, crisis management, data breach and cybersecurity, election law, finance and lending, franchise, healthcare, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity/venture capital.
All of the Partners at Krevolin & Horst have been recognized by prestigious legal organizations for excellence in their practice areas.
