Sada joined the firm in 2019 and has excelled as a litigation attorney, handling matters such as business divorces, shareholder and LLC member disputes, restrictive covenants, employment disputes, insurance coverage, professional liability, premises liability defense, and complex contractual interpretation and business torts. She also brings valuable experience in alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.
