Sparta City Council Candidate’s Residency Challenge Remanded and Reversed

Adam Sparks, co-founder of the Election Law practice group, represented a Sparta City Council candidate whose residency and qualification to stand for election was challenged. Filing a petition the same day the firm was retained, Krevolin & Horst succeeded in getting the initial disqualification determination vacated in Superior Court and reversed before the Superintendent of Elections. The candidate will remain on the ballot and stand for election through November 2. You can find the order denying the qualification challenge below by selecting download file.
