Doug Krevolin & Wes Turner represented a Senior Living and Assisted Living operator in the purchase, development, and operation of several senior living, assisted living and memory care facilities. The largest of the projects had an initial cost of Phase I of over $130,000,000 and included equity from investors, a bank loan with three participating banks and a mezzanine loan.
