Doug Krevolin represented a developer of a new office building connected by skytrain to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The representation included acquisition of the land, negotiations with local governmental authorities, negotiating and closing with a joint venture partner, closing a construction loan and lease negotiations with tenants.
