Our corporate practice encompasses venture capital, public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, bond financing, tax credit laws, new business formation and capitalization, and general day to day corporate matters. We do serious work in a casual environment. We are driven by results and not by number of hours billed.

Applicant Qualifications: 3-7 years’ experience in sophisticated corporate environment; top 20% with law review/journal experience and significant record of achievement in undergraduate school.
