David and Jake represented a Coin Operated Amusement Machine (COAM) Master licensee in an arbitration brought by another COAM licensee. Claimant alleged that the firm’s client received, but failed to pay for, nearly $1mm worth of COAM-related equipment. The firm filed a successful challenge to the arbitrator’s jurisdiction, resulting in the dismissal all claims and saving our client the expense of a full hearing on the merits.
