The acquisition of SSM Holdings, LLC, dba Ontronics by RGF Capital LLC was selected as the winner of private equity deal of the year ($10MM – $25MM) in the 14th Annual International M&A Awards. The award will be presented at the 2023 Leadership in Dealmaking Summit, hosted on September 19th and 20th at the New York Athletic Club.
