Krevolin & Horst files new lawsuit seeking to protect voting by mail for all eligible Georgia voters
With Perkins Coie LLP, Krevolin & Horst attorneys filed a lawsuit today on behalf of the New Georgia Project and individual voters arguing that several of Georgia’s restrictions on absentee voting by mail pose undue burdens on the right to vote generally, and specifically in the upcoming general election as a result of the COVID-19 crisis.
