Recent events in Carrollton County have highlighted the dangers of illegal street racing and reckless behavior on our roads. Following the arrest of seven individuals last weekend in connection with a street racing incident, additional arrests have been made. The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office reported that video footage captured cars doing donuts in the street, circling people, and nearly hitting them.

While not directly related to the case, Jess discussed the controversial use of private property for public events like drag racing, which has been a concern in Atlanta. She emphasized the importance of permits and insurance for such events, regardless of whether they take place on private property.
