Krevolin & Horst is pleased to announce Adam M. Sparks has become a member of the firm.
A native of Watkinsville, Georgia, and an experienced litigator and politico, Adam graduated from the University of Georgia, magna cum laude, (Phi Beta Kappa/Blue Key/SGA President) before earning law and master’s degrees from Columbia Law School (Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar) and Teachers College, respectively. Adam practiced law with some of the brightest minds in Washington, D.C. before heading home to offer legal and policy assistance to statewide political campaigns and to clerk for federal judges.
Adam then joined K&H to practice election and political law and business litigation, including business torts, class actions, contracts, whistleblower actions, and other complex or emergency litigation matters.

Ambassador Susan Coppedge, Of Counsel, Susan is a former Ambassador and federal prosecutor, with 19 years of experience in white collar criminal matters, human trafficking prosecutions, grand jury investigations, government enforcement actions, internal investigations, and environmental litigation.
Allison Bazinet, Associate joins us from King & Spalding. Allison represents buyers and sellers of businesses, companies seeking venture capital investment, venture capital and private equity funds, and licensors and licensees of technology and software. Allison also practices general business law, including entity formation, general corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
David Gallo, Associate in litigation practice joins us from Fried Frank where he represented clients in securities, white-collar, complex commercial litigation, arbitration, mediation, bankruptcy and other matters in federal and state court.
