Krevolin & Horst, LLC is a 30-lawyer AV-rated firm seeking an entrepreneurial corporate senior associate/counsel or corporate partner (10-12 years of experience) with a verifiable book of business of $250,000 for associate/counsel, and $450,000 for partner. Our corporate practice encompasses venture capital, public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, bond financing, new business formation and capitalization, and general day to day corporate matters. We do serious work in a casual environment. We are driven by results and not by number of hours billed. An entrepreneurial attitude is desirable and business development is strongly encouraged and rewarded.
All of our attorneys are highly credentialed with specific expertise, especially for a firm of our size. Our attorneys have earned law degrees from some of the top schools in the nation, such as Yale, Columbia, the University of Virginia, the University of Michigan, Georgetown, the University of Georgia, University of Pennsylvania, and Emory University. Most of our attorneys worked for large firms prior to joining Krevolin & Horst, including some of the most highly regarded firms in the country.
