Zamani J. Williams
Associate
Zamani is an associate in Krevolin & Horst’s corporate practice. Her focus is on providing corporate and transaction counsel to companies in a variety of industries. She regularly represents middle market companies in transactions ranging from US$5million to US$250,000,000, on both the buy and sell side. She has worked closely with private equity funds in portfolio company acquisitions and capital structurings. In addition, Zamani advises clients on day-to-day corporate and business matters, commercial contracts, including in the technology, media, and entertainment space, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
About Zamani
Before joining Krevolin & Horst, Zamani was an associate at an AmLaw Global 50 law firm in Boston, where she focused on mergers, acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, and other corporate matters across a broad range of industries and advised start-up and later-stage companies throughout their corporate life cycle.
An Atlanta native, Zamani received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at Georgia State University and graduated from Emory Law School. While at Emory Law School, Zamani worked at Fox Television Stations as a legal extern.
In her free time, Zamani enjoys traveling, hiking, and volunteering with youth.
