Service Highlights
Veteran-Guided Leadership
K&H partner Zahra S. Karinshak, an Air Force Academy graduate and former intelligence officer in the United States Air Force, brings her military expertise to our litigation practice. Zahra specializes in whistleblower cases, white collar defense, employment disputes, internal investigations, and complex civil and criminal litigation. Her advocacy for whistleblowers has positioned Krevolin & Horst as a trusted ally for those exhibiting courage in reporting fraud and facing potential retaliation for their actions.
During her time at K&H, Zahra was able to leverage her military connections and aid in the evacuation of over 20 allies from Kabul during the sudden withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan in 2021.
Leading a team dedicated to giving back, Zahra and our attorneys, many with military ties, spouses, or family members in service, actively contribute to supporting military and veteran communities.
Pro Bono and Non-Profit Involvement
K&H proudly partners with The Warrior Alliance, an Atlanta-based organization connecting veterans with service providers covering health, education, employment, recreation, housing, and more. Our attorneys provide pro bono services to veterans through The Warrior Alliance including conveyance of real property, corporate financing, and corporate governance. Our attorneys are active members of the Military/Veterans Law Section of the Georgia Bar and collaborate with organizations like the Veterans Consortium.
